Purchases through the site

The site allows you to search on Whip Italy products and purchase a wide range of goods and items. If the User wishes to buy one or more of our products, he can select them one at a time, adding them to his virtual cart. Once all the items of interest have been placed in the cart, the order can be forwarded. The site will provide a summary page of the selected products, their price and options, with related costs, for delivery.

The User will be asked to confirm the purchase and to indicate the solution chosen for delivery, transport and the method of payment. We invite you to always check the correctness of the order before completing the purchase phase (eg product, quantity, size, color, etc.). Following the order, the User will receive a message to his e-mail address confirming the receipt of the purchase order. The sales contract concluded between the User and Whip Italy will be considered concluded at this point. In the event that the products contained in the order are not available, Whip Italy will promptly notify the User and reimburse the amounts already paid. The Company carries out shipments on the national and international territory (Italy, all of Europe, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates). The delivery time expressed in working days, indicated if possible already in the order confirmation, includes only working days, between Monday and Friday included, with the express exclusion of holidays.

Payment methods

Returns and refunds

• We undertake to ensure that the User receives the refund within 10 working days of receiving the goods at our logistics;
• A refund requested beyond the aforementioned terms will be refunded at our sole discretion;
• The aforementioned methods of return and refund are valid exclusively for private customers and not for resellers;
• The return and refund procedures are not valid in the case of customized and / or made-to-order products.

Right of withdrawal
